  • How much do you Charge?

We offer single sessions of 4hours and different packages that will best fit your organizing needs. Click on this button to view them.  

  • How do the packages work?

Instead of paying for each individual 4 hour sessions, you get the opportunity to book multiple sessions all at once for the day and times that works best for you. All packages are discounted as a benefit for pre-scheduling sessions.

The                                                         are here to give you an idea of how much you will be charged but the final cost will be made clear during our consultation. An invoice will be sent to you after our consultation but a separate invoice will be sent at the end of the project for the products that will be purchased. All payments must be paid in full before the project begins.  However, the DIY packages are paid in full upfront.

  • What kind of spaces and things do you organize?

We organize any space and anything that have become a problem area for you. Let us help you!

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Credit, and debit Cards. Card accepted are Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Cards payment may be made in person. Payments are expected before your sessions begin. .

  • What if I'm not ready for a package?

No worries, you can always book our 4 hour sessions. Please note that discounts do not apply for single sessions.

  • Do I have to be home while you organize?

For our first session together, yes because during that time there will be many decisions you will be making such as what to keep and what not to keep. This will be the time we work together and learn how you live in your home. But, you don't have to be present for the following sessions if you don't want to

  • Do you bring containers and supply?

After our first session, we will determine what containers and products are needed and based on your budget & style we will go shopping for you! We purchase our products from the Container store, Target, & Amazon but you are welcome to request your favorite store.

  • What if I want to shop on my own?

You are more than welcome to! Please make sure that products are available before our next session together.

  • What is your Cancellation policy?

If you must cancel or reschedule, no worries! Please let us know as soon as possible so we can work with your schedule.

  • Will you disappear after our sessions end?

No way! Not after the bond we've built while working together. You can always reach out to us anytime and if you subscribe to our email list you will always hear from us. We have no doubt that you will fall in love with your space after we're done with it and we have even made our maintenance services available if you would like us to come and do touch ups at any time.

Please note: We take confidentiality very seriously. Any photos we take (with your consent of course) will never be shared in public without your consent in writing, even the testimonials on our website are purposely abbreviated for your privacy. Your info will never be shared with anyone.
